Its never a dull moment here when you add our killer dog and two flea-bitten cats. This is my second web page (My Dads being the first), and of course it's always under construction so bear with me. Sheri and I have been married for 28 years and have three beautiful daughters and two very lively grand-daughters. Sheri was born and raised here in the midwest and I moved out here from Southern California at age 16. Sheri works at a dental office as a office manager/dental assistant and I am a truck driver for a local frozen food company. Although we like living here, we love to travel to other states, looking for that special place to move/retire to. We both enjoy camping and fishing, but haven't had much time lately to do either. My Mother passed away December of 1997, and my Dad moved in and lived with us until he passed in November 1999. It made a big change in our lives, but we wouldn't have traded it for anything. I enjoy making web-pages and would like to get more involved in working with computers. I started taking classes at a local Community College and hope to get into computer programing when I grow up (ya, like that will ever happen, grow up I mean). MY DAUGHTERS April is the oldest and is living in Omaha with her fiance Randy. She was always the wild one growing up and fit right in "with the boys" in metal shop in high school. April and her former husband Marc has one daughter together (Alexis), and with any luck she will someday give me a grandson or two (I need more men to balance the power). Amy is our middle child and just received her Bachelors Of Science Degree from the Univeristy of Nebraska at Omaha. For now, she has no plans for getting married or having children. She also doesn't mow the lawn in the summer or shovel the snow in the winter, so I'm not sure why we keep her around. Amber is the youngest of the three and blessed us with our other granddaughter, Mia. She was in the Marine Corps and although she isn't mean, Mia sure is. Once, while mad at us, Amber said she was "going to have 12 children, never get married, and live with us forever". Talking about looking death in the face! Of course my Granddaughters have their own page, check it out. MY OTHER WEBSITES I made a webpage for a friend of mine that I chat with on ICQ. I did it as a joke and didn't plan on keeping it up very long, but she liked it, so stop by and say HI to Chatty. My Sister has her own WebSite with a Marvin Martian theme, and you can see it at June's Marvin the Martian Page. NEW.... Stop in and check out the Blackman Family Tree. I still have a lot to add, but I have a good start. My cousin Ray has his own website up. Just A Little Walk In The Woods is about his time spent in Vietnam while a member of the Delta Raiders, 101st Airborne Division, and is dedicated to all who have served in the Armed Forces.
